At KavroCore, we are committed to delivering your home and kitchen essentials in a safe and reliable manner.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door, a trusted nationwide courier service in South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days, depending on your location and courier conditions.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your parcel directly with Aramex.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
KavroCore will not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations. KavroCore cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist customers in following up with Aramex where reasonably possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, an investigation will be conducted with Aramex before any replacement or refund is considered.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-delivery fees may apply.
