Returns & Refunds Policy

At KavroCore, we value transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and reasonable policies in line with South African consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

Approved returns and refunds must be finalised within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product choice by the customer

  • Items showing signs of use, misuse, or normal wear and tear

Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (or videos where applicable) showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Return Approval & Process

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved:

  • We will provide clear instructions on the return process.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by KavroCore if the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect. Otherwise, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds must be processed within 14 days of delivery, in line with our policy.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Replacements

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement orders will follow our standard shipping time frames.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If an order arrives damaged or is suspected to be lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with Aramex Store-to-Door. Any refund or replacement will be considered once the courier investigation has been completed.

Fair Use of This Policy

KavroCore reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions above or where there is evidence of misuse of this policy.
