REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:
• In the same condition in which you received it
• Complete with all included parts and accessories
• Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
You may carefully open and inspect your product. However, items that have been intentionally damaged, misused, altered, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a full refund, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
Please do not send a return before contacting us. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Return Approval & Process
All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs will be covered by KavroCore if the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect. Otherwise, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at admin@kavrocore.co.za.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue, where helpful
We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
• A replacement
• An exchange
• A repair
• A refund
The solution will depend on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, you may request a return within our 30-day return period.
Please note:
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise
• Original delivery charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We may not accept returns for:
• Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused
• Items that have been altered or modified after delivery
• Items returned with essential parts or accessories missing
• Gift cards
These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us at admin@kavrocore.co.za.
We will:
• Confirm whether the exchange can be accepted
• Provide you with the necessary return instructions
• Explain the next steps for your replacement item
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected:
• We will notify you whether your refund has been approved
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund

KavroCore reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions above or where there is evidence of misuse of this policy.
